These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TRexSMM (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password and API key confidential. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, or in violation of the terms of the social platforms whose services you resell. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders are dispatched to upstream providers and delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery times are estimates. Where a provider under-delivers, the undelivered portion may be refunded to your balance.
4. Payments
Balances are prepaid. Charges are deducted at order time. Prices may change without notice.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
